Core problem
Doctors deal with inefficient consultation workflows. Over 40% of the cases are minor, but each still takes around 15–18 minutes, leading to long working hours and burnout. Around 30–40% of patients miss their follow-up visits and medications, which affects continuity of care. Without a proper triage system, doctors have to manually decide which cases are more urgent, which might cause delays and less attention for serious patients.
Results and Impact
I ran a System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation with 5 users which I interviewed in the beginning. After the usability test sessions, DigiClinic achieved an average SUS score of 74.63, which made DigiClinic as “Usable”
