FirstClub is India’s only quality-first quick commerce app, but the landing page didn’t match the app’s fresh, exciting feel. The first impression fell flat, the page didn’t guide users to download the app, and the value proposition wasn’t clear. It lacked storytelling and social proof, making it harder for visitors to understand the product, hurting conversions.

Results and Impact
I ran a quick 5-second test with 6 participants to check whether the landing page communicated it's core message quickly. After checking the page for five seconds, participants answered a single recall question.
Using a simple 0–2 scoring scale (incorrect, partially correct, correct), the landing page achieved a 78% Message Clarity Score, indicating that most users understood the primary value proposition at first look.
