Core problem
This project re-imagined Toyota’s internal employee vehicle benefit platform, used by team members to buy or lease cars through configurable options and flexible payments. The existing system suffered from slow end-to-end lease flows, poor task prioritisation, high information density, and an interface that felt inconsistent with Toyota’s brand, leading to cognitive overload and inefficiency for repeat users.

Results and Impact
Reduced the car configurator flow from 8 steps to 5, resulting in a ~30% reduction in time required to complete a car lease.
Brought visual and interaction consistency across the platform, in line with Toyota’s brand guidelines.
Designed a clear, task-focused dashboard so users know exactly what to do next.
