Core problem
Cannabis retail is full of friction for everyday consumers in 🇺🇸. The check-in process is repetitive, payments are inconvenient, and rewards are hard to track or access. These gaps frustrate users and block TreezPay & the dispensaries from delivering a seamless, cashless-first experience.

Results and Impact
I ran a System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation with six participants after the usability test sessions. TreezPay achieved an average SUS score of 83.75, which made Treezpay as “Highly Usable”
